However, if you are not completely satisfied, returns are possible under the following conditions:

- Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery.

- Products must be unused and in their original condition.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please return the item within 14 days of delivery in unused condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
