Returns

Helen Wells offers free returns within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can´t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.
You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have tags and labels still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (no visible signs of wear or use).
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Customisations products are final-sale.
